Steven Darter has officially joined us as our Brand Mentor & Advisor!

For over 45 years, Steve has been a pioneer in People Management, Executive Coaching, and Executive Search, helping more than 5,000 people discover their giftedness and align their lives and work to their purpose. His influence has been felt in boardrooms, classrooms, and coaching sessions around the world, shaping both leaders and organizations toward clarity, vision, and success.

Who Is Steven Darter?

Since 1976, Steve has dedicated his life to one essential question: What makes someone come alive at work?

His answer emerged through the System for Identifying Motivated Abilities® (SIMA®) - a methodology that uses story-pattern analysis to uncover a person’s unique Motivated Abilities Pattern® (MAP®). With this lens, he has guided individuals from Fortune 500 CEOs to high school students to make life-shaping decisions about career, leadership, and calling.

Along the way, Steve has:

• Authored three books, including Managing Yourself, Managing Others and Lessons from Life, which has been ranked as a top book on finding purpose.

• Discovered the giftedness of nearly 5,000 people, gaining unparalleled insight into human motivation, decision-making, and profit-driven purpose.

• Taught at universities such as St. Joseph College and the University of Hartford.

• Consulted across industries, including healthcare, education, banking, insurance, and pharmaceuticals.

• Led in executive search and leadership development, earning recognition as one of North America’s top executive recruiters.

As Brand Mentor & Advisor, Steve will serve as a strategic guide for our team and clients alike. His role will include:
