Taking Notes

Stage 1: Assess Your Company & the Needs of This Role

One of our Consultants will make sure that we have a thorough and specific understanding of the needs of your Executive Search, including Culture Fit, organizational background & vision, and the Job Description.​

Stage 2: 60-90 Minute Interviews

We will set up a phone, virtual, or in-person interview with your top 3-5 candidates at just about 1 hour each.

Backed by 45 years of experience, we will ask each candidate in this interview about stories that brought them a feeling of satisfaction and success to predict future motivations. It is not strictly a skills-test nor a conversation about their work histories, but an interview that assesses their natural motivators in life, natural values, and how they would plan to use them to succeed and fit into the important role for which you’re hiring. 

Stage 3: Reports

Your hiring team will receive a detailed Candidate Report™ which will summarize: ​

  1. their core motivating factors & how well they’ll do the job

  2. how to address their natural blind spots, temptations, or weaknesses

  3. how well they fit with your company culture

  4. who will be the best fit for the job or guidance on how to work with each

  5. discounted rates for flagship Giftedness Report™ after hire is made
