Unlike traditional career assessments that rank predetermined questions and categorize you into predefined categories, our approach is based on you telling stories. Stories from your life. We use a “Story-Patterns method" to unearth the patterns that have been present in your life since childhood.
The core process behind The Giftedness Assessment®
You will write down then share with your coach stories throughout your life that brought you a sense of joy, satisfaction, or accomplishment.
We will assess each story according to seven different categories of motivating factors, based on 65+ years of experience
We look at those results one category at a time across all your stories and extract the repeated words, themes, and patterns within each category.
We create a comprehensive Owner’s Manual About You™ describing how to use your giftedness in all of life’s situations as well as a cohesive summary of your giftedness to take with you everywhere you go.
Lastly, we align your giftedness and IMF for your best work, life, and relationships through a coaching relationship.

General Curriculum:

Session 1: Set expectations, learn how to identify your most satisfying experiences, discuss goals, & define your pain points
Sessions 2-4: Share your “Stories of Satisfaction” while I ask targeted questions to reveal your innate motivating factors.
Session 4: Discover & review the motivations behind your life story and review your Owner’s Manual.
Session 5: Create action plans for potential challenges and weaknesses tied to your strengths.
Session 6-7: Create a vision for your ideal career and draft a plan to reach it. Session 2-5: Reviewing stories; breakout rooms; discussion of the most important topics regarding calling, career, and giftedness.
Session 6-7: Reviewing results with one another; giving explanations of each person’s giftedness
Session 7-9: Creating your giftedness summary, ideal vision, & community structure. How to use your giftedness, Q&A, addressing your blind spots, weakness, and temptations, and pinpointing each person’s ideal work, life, and relationships
